In the final episode they both survive the emptiness of space and the explosion of the planet they were on by AntiPops.
Wouldn't that be a feat of durability?

No because Mordecai and Rigby didn't survive the explosion of that planet at all. They were killed and came back to life when the universe had RESET from the deaths of Pops and Anti-Pops. All the other main characters prior to that explosion; Benson, MuscleMan, High Five Ghost, Skips etc had been killed by Anti-Pops but after the universe reset explosion they all came back to life alongside Mordecai and Rigby.

That would be an outlier, given Mordecai nearly died from a fall from a helicopter had it not been the handshake that broke his fall which wouldve killed him.

No, it i'snt an outlier either because the feat he mentioned doesn't actually exist to begin with. Mordecai and Rigby did NOT tank that explosion.

Mordecai and Rigby should get Acausality, since in the series finale, they could remember the events of the episode despite the entire universe getting obliterated and rewinded back to the first episode

I am not sure if that is enough to qualify, as it is a common fiction trope. We need more input.

I think the Acausality point is PIS.

The universe had been reset numerous amounts of times and we know for sure they got affected those times.
