Possible Tenshinhan upgrade

I think tenshinhan should be upgraded to high 4-C and here's why: a full power lightgrenade from kamicollo couldn't damage imperfect cell, while a regular punch from Android 16 could. Which means android 16's punch packed more power than piccolo's light grenade.Later on Android 16 wasn't evenable to faze semi perfect cell, when tenshinhan was atleast able to push him back. Which logically means Tenshinhan could put out more power than Android 16's punch, who could put out more power than piccolo's light grenade,who is high 4-C.

We had a talk about this and Kavpeny even had to come and say that this is an outlier. On the Tien part i mean.
