Possible Scott Pilgrim Equipment Addition

Should Scott be allowed his "One Up" (it essentially allows him to die once, but then it would be used up)? I think it should be, as it is "standard equpimenr" as he had it for nore than a third of the series. Maybe not with the Power of Understanding, as that was only obtained by him using up his One Up, but the Power of Love key should have this.
