Sakuya wins Utsuho

Sakuya defeated Utsuho who is currently 4-C (Star level) & everyone else who scales to Sakuya and/or has defeated Utsuho before, scales to them too.

For Sakuya's tier:

Everyone else who scales to Sakuya & Utsuho should be 4-C


Also, I want to point out something for Yukari's intellect. If you're confirmed to have SuperHuman level of intellect & being far smarter than humans, than you would be considered as a "genius" not "very intelligent" which makes no sense due to the fact of how all profiles have that mentioned and they're confirmed as "Genius," so that's really contradictory. Another thing is that Yukari would most likely be a Strategic genius is Touhou Project is based on having strategy and everything else of why Yukari should be qualified for said intelligence is found in her description about her intelligence of her profile.

It's obviously a spell card battle, there's no way we could scale that to anyone. This is like entry level Touhou information. That's not even in a story mode, it's the text for after you beat Okuu with Sakuya in versus mode. Seriously, what?
