If there's a danger sense power that would fit better since he couldn't sense a non-threatening ability. It's also limited to his combat speed, which is why he couldn't avoid Orochi.

I dont remember when this happened, I am reading the manga version of One Punch Man basically so maybe what you are speaking of is the web comic version i guess...In any case it might be because Orochi moved faster than the speed Awakened Cockroach could perceieve him i.e. FTL.

Can you give me that scan as well so I can look into it?

Also I agree with that notion of linking his precog to his combat speed.
