It's argurable whether toneri brought the meteor down or not. Toneri only showed telekinisis after achieving the tenseigan. The moon was getting closer to the earth which made its parts were falling which would result in said meteor to land on konoha . Just because it became visible after toneri disappeared doesn't mean it couldn't have been a coincidence. Toneri up until that moment was using the tenseigan to move the moon 2.There is little to support the timeframe. So it became visible when it came in close proximity, cool anything to support that that's when the feat began? Just because then the meteor became visible doesn't mean that's when toneri started to bring it down. The feat could've started many seconds before for such a big assumption you need evidence So like I said some of the biggest factors in the calc are brought to question with little evidence to back them up
