Possible Living Tribunal upgrade

Now, this isn't going to completely null high 1-B Tribunal, instead this will more likely be a "possibly far higher" if this actually is implimented. Anyways, The living tribunal is stated to transcend the realms of space and time [[1]] Furthermore, TLT transcends the realms of Death and Eternity [[2]] That would place TLT as 1-A, right?

No. Sorry, but I do not think so.

It has been clearly stated that the LT was the sum of all the abstract entities within the Marvel multiverse (including Death and Eternity), and that he embodied it in its totality, and a multiverse is a construct of space and time per definition.

Taken together with the statement that you linked to, transcending the space and time of lower realities does not automatically mean being completely beyond the concepts in their entireties.
