Possible Law Manipulation for OPM

First, we will start with the concept of the Limiter. As we know, Limiter in OPM has been explained several tens of chapters earlier. And I realized that Limiter is not something trivial. The concept of Limiter. Limiter was a rule which created by God (I don't know if the god that was introduced so far or another god) to limit the capabilities of all living beings. If anyone dared cross that, they would be subject to the consequences. You can clearly see about the consequences for Limiter Breakers, there are :

1. They will die through extreme challenge to body and soul. (I know this is an explanation about Monsterization, but looking closely at it, realized that Limiter Breaker and Monsterization are the same thing, both are the same way to surpass the limiter)

2. They will become a rampaging and mindless monster

From the explanation above, then Limiter will get Law Manipulation (how can? the definition of Law itself is a rule that binds living things and will be subject to sanctions for its violators), and Corruption type 2

And characters like Saitama will get resistance to Law Manipulation and Corruption type 2 and possibly rating for Garou

What do you mean they do not have nothing to do? Genus said you can becoming a rampaging and mindless monster in an attempt to surpass the limiter

also Limiter can be called a law, because if we look at the definition of a law, Limiter has met this criterion standard

You need to know the definition of what Law is it. I'm pretty sure that what I'm thinking isn't wrong considering how I understand it through its true definition

God provide limits and binding rules. and this can become a law because it is binding and there are consequences for this

Why do we take the quack geneticist's words as facts again?
While it's true we can't take everything he said for granted a 100%. It would make very little sense to have an entire chapter dedicated to the concept and explanation of it without actually meaning anything, it's not something we can just ignore.

I think we will get more insight into what Genus exactly knows about the Limiter and God once Zombieman contacts him again.

To Zombieman, Dr. Genus explains that possessing great strength can eventually become a burden, which a mysterious "God" resolved by restricting humans to boundaries that allow for one to grow strong without losing reason. He later explained that psychological factors contribute to the transformation of a normal human into a Mysterious Being, and that Heroes circumvent the process of Monsterization through their sheer determination. Said claims are even vindicated after the civilians that Do-S mind-controlled and transformed into monsters revert to their normal forms upon regaining their senses, and to an even greater extent after Garou lost his abilities when his will was shattered, post-Saitama fight. To Garou, Gyoro-Gyoro explains that the secret to Monsterization is to repeatedly push the body and mind beyond its limits and recover, further remarking that the majority that even survive the process end up broken beyond repair and devoid of rational thought.

By all accounts, the "limiter" represents one's capacity to wield immeasurable power without losing their sanity and succumbing to the will of their ego, which creates a monster, rather than being a literal universal law imposed upon reality.

that is, a supernatural will.

This is actually a pretty good explanation, I'll save it.
