It is, his Stand is just an upgraded form of Funny's D4C, it has all the exact same abilitis, stats and etc just amplified. The range is no different, given it's whole range is its ability.

Profile is locked though, someone's gonna have to add it, along with the Extrasensory Perception, Afterimage Creation (For the Stands), Flight and aura for a few of his Stands as well from that one verse wide CRT.
