"It's fiction, it doesn't make sense so I'll also make no sense" is a complete non-argument.

Nopes
There's likely a perspective issue of that picture, the suns are further away than Planet Vegeta thus they look smaller than they really are.

Buuut they were on the picture to begin with?

Noooooo

It's an animation error.

I don't have to show them being still there, you have to show them being destroyed

I agree with the rest of the staff, this calc seems faulty at best.

Actually ocams razer would suggest what was but no longer was there would have been destroyed as thats the only logical explanation . Animation eror even excluding the fact thats a assumption would be faulty at best because after a zoomout ya can see quite far and no evidence of stars left kal.

Are we even sure that those are stars and not moons?

... I mean, this would technically be the first feat Frieza ever did on screen, so why would it be an outlier?

Because Cell made a big deal about destroying the solar system when his casual ki blast in his imperfect form should be able to do that, if we go by this calc.

Pefect Cell would be 4-A

The DBU and guides directly state there are nebuale with inumerable stars, and innumerable nebuale within a galaxy.

coudn't the stars that orbit planet vegeta be like those that orbit the sand planet in GT ? miniature stars that somehow still work and considering that GT and anime fillar are in the same continuity, it's not that farfetched to say that those stars aren't star size
