Possible Fire Flower and Ice Flower upgrade

The Fire Flower and Ice Flower tiers are quite low.

They should be upgraded to scale to Mario and Luigi who are Low 7-C at the very least to High 4-C... Also to possibly 4-A or higher Mario and Luigi. The powerups should also apply to Galaxy Mario and Galaxy Luigi since those powerups make them stronger. Since Fire/Ice Mario and Fire/Ice Luigi are suprior to their Super counterparts(not small base form just big base form not mega forms like Mega Mario) then I think their powerups should be upgraded.

What are your thoughts on this?

IMO this is game mechanics. It shouldn't be scalled to Mario Bros..

The form, yes, would probably be that strong, but the objects providing the form (Fire Flower and Ice Flower) probably aren't that strong themselves. Whilst the way the Propellor Mushroom works implies power-ups give Mario energy, it's likely not to that extreme level. They're more a boost to their already strong power than giving them that strong power.
