The current reasoning for the Archangel's tiering is awful, it should be:

Attack Potency: High Complex Multiverse level (Became one with Lux Aeterna, the 11-dimensional energy lattice that underpins the entire multiverse, and every universe that could possibly exist. According to The Doctor, the shields of the TARDIS, which can defend it from the Black Guardia, wouldn't last even a fraction of second against The Archangel's powers. Furthermore, she was stated to be able to see and freely alter virtually all levels of existence)
