He traversed four different dimensions in the length of time it took to finish a single phrase.

I don't know what would imply he spent like an hour between the word "menace" and "I", which were words right next to each other in the same sentence.

I found this skip to 17:31 so basically strange astral from is stated to be unbound by the lwas of time shouldn`t he has infinite speed for his astral form

I think that they just mean that he is not bound by the speed of light. It was stated that he still had a few seconds of travel time.
