So im behind on Supergirl but apparently Rein is pretty OP. From what Ive heard supergirl doesnt fully scale to the world killers but given how powerful reign is she should be higher than city level for sure, well, martian manhunter, mon-el, other kryptonians should be higher too. So world killers, mxy, the thinker, and savitar are the most powerful cw villains (in no particular order)?
