Police Officer Tier

10-A sounds good, as most police officers should be athletically conditioned in order to do their job. However, this varies.

Now, if you are concerned about their durability as well, remember that this part may vary depending on the type of armor they are wearing.

The SWAT team would likely have Wall level AP and durability as they usually carry heavier fire arms as well as a ballistics shield.

Would a Riot Shield have Wall Level durability? Or would it just be on the higher end of Street Level?

I think regular police officers would range from high-end 10-B to 10-A physically for attack and dura. With certain equipment such as batons, tazers, and pistols, they should be at Street Level in AP. Then some police officers could wear some padding under their clothing, which might provide for Lower end 9-C dura.

As for speed, they should likely be Above Average with Superhuman reactions because they can drive cars. What speed would the taser be moving at? Massively Hypersonic?

pilots are not Hypersonic tho

That's likely because there aren't really many obstacles to evade when you're in the atmosphere. Otherwise you're right there.

Still, what speed would the barbed electrodes fired from the tasers be moving at? I'm thinking Subsonic to Subsonic+?

Human level+ to Athlete level physically, you need to be above 1.7 and somewhat athletic to pass the physical exams.

As for speed, in my country in order to be accepted into the academy you need to run 100 m in less that 16 seconds (6.25 m/s which is Normal Human) and 1000 in less 4 minutes and 20 seconds (3.84 m/s which is Below Average Human but it is a feat of stamina). No supherhuman reactions.
