Animal Manipulation... adjacent?

So there's abilities like Social Influencing and Weapon Mastery that are intuition-based. And Animal Manipulation explicitly is having supernatural control over animals. So what power would constitute for characters who simply have animals in their arsenal, and are specially skilled in leading and training animals to do their bidding, but aren't able to do so without some preparation to an extent. Like real world police dogs? Would this be like, Training Mastery or something? Social Influencing?

Limited animal manip and social influencing. Can also put it as "Expert Animal Tamer" or trainer.
