The Manga is incredibly violent compared to the games and anime. If dark stuff isn't shown there, then it probably isn't real.

But aside from that, I've come to a conclusion after eating Pizza with an episode of Star Trek in the background.

Still, things that are directly contradicted (Like Shedinja) shouldn't be used. If it's not contradicted, then I suppose it's alright.

The reason I specifically say that despite it seeming to be common sense is because Shedinja has soulhax from it's pokedex entry and probably shouldn't.

What Neo said. The dex entry never says anything about Shedninja doing it passively.

Not to mention, im pretty sure its only done when you directly look at Shedninjas back anyway.

Also if all the information about the Pokemon already exists why do you need to complete the pokedex at all?
