If a Cosmology is lets say 2-B (countless space-times) in size and structure and a character has some form of ability that allows them to go outside of the structure cosmology thus being to go a step beyond a standard countless space-times 2-B range and of course no amount of countless space-times 2-B range can reach them
What kind of range would the character in question have and what would be needed to reach/affect that character?
