Alright, seems like Roblox is getting a fight with Japan's greatest monster. I'd like to point out that Godzilla gets his higher tier solely from his Vapor Breath, while CH is pure 7-B ("possibly higher"). Now, to compare the two's powers...
Immortality: Godzilla has type 1 (Eternal Life), and CH has type 2 (Resiliency; survives otherwise lethal injuries). This potentially means Godzilla could rip an arm and leg off, and CH is still moving. He can also regenetate from this.
Size: While somehow not stated on his profile, Godzilla is massive, maybe thousands times CH's height. However, CH has a Gigantoform which may help him get the size he'd need to reasonably fight.
CH Hax: He's got Existence Erasure, Durability Negation, Time Stop, Petrification, and possibly others that would be great for taking the win.
In conclusion, Roblox probably takes this through his hax arsenal, and due to the fact his tier is on par with Godzilla's breath, which is greater than his jaw.
