This is literally just a copy/paste of my last one that just died off for some reason. I probably didn't highlight it. Won't highlight even this one 'til later.
I'm pretty sure we can all say that we've seen Pikachu's new Z move (for the Ash version). Now I could go all day talking about how that can be calced, but one thing is for certain, that actually is a detail that was missed. He creates thunderclouds. At the very least, low 7-C for that feat.
That last part was wrong. That's High 7-C. And as seen by quite a few upgrades we've had recently, that is translated into natural AP.
