There will be a very slight change in the speed too if we are using the new timeframe, right?

According to Google the distance is 384.400 km, which is Planetary. Also it makes little sense that little boost makes you jump from 5-B to 5-A. Lastly there could a speed change with the new timeframe. These are the last things.

I upgraded the range and last things i aim before closing are:

1] The new timeframe should give an higher speed to the characters.

2] Upgrade Base Seripa, Grand Kai and Garlic Jr. to 5-A because the feat is likely higher in the Anime and King Vegeta casual feat has 123 Yottatons as a Low-End.
