Physics or Law Manipulation?

If a character is stated to manipulate the laws that govern physics would that be law or physics manipulation, or would it be both?

Eh, it depends on the context. It's easy to tell the difference between two statements, one saying they manipulated water, and the other saying that they manipulated the laws of water. After all, people don't usually say the laws of water, it's not a common phrase. But the laws of physics are, and a lot of the time, people aren't referring specifically to the LAWS of physics, but just physics in general.

So it depends on the context, of what sed character is doing. If they are specified to manipulate the LAWS, not just physics in general, then sure. If not, just got with physics manipulation.

Actually it can be both, because Physics Manipulation is sub-category of Law Manipulation.
