Hello, just wondering are photon beams accepted as SOL speed unless stated otherwise?

Yes as relativistic, now in this situation by itself I understand why it was generally agreed upon that it would be best to play it safe and label the feat as relativistic

But there’s evidence of Naruto while in base, matching FTL characters. There’s no contradictions to his base form achieving sol/ftl values

Without a calc, dodging a beam of light doesn't give Speed of Light/Faster than Light values by default. You need to take into account distances of the targets and how far they moved. He can be upgraded for matching FTL characters but not for dodging the light beam (unless you calc it)

So would this be enough justification for FTL speeds in base?

He briefly matched an FTL fused momo, reacted to and dodged him twice

Right before this fused momo dog walked the 5 kage so there’s no argument of him holding back here
