So if there's a bunch of characters who are stated to move at the speed of light, would them dodging each other's attacks give FTL? Or would it still be within the SOL range due to not knowing the distance and stuff?
Isn't that inherently contradictory? A bunch of characters are stated to move at the Speed of Light, so you're using that statement to say that they're FTL. If they were already FTL, why would they be stated to be at the Speed of Light and not stated to just be faster than the Speed of Light?

Might have worded my question wrong. There are a couple of characters who move at light speed, and there are others who can fight them. Now, during their fighting, would the characters who aren't specifically stated to move at SOL have FTL by dodging the SOL characters' attacks? Assuming the SOL characters are going all out and using max speed. Which they should be, cause their fighting life and death battles etc.

I dont think so inherently but
If character A dodged the distance of characters b attack. and had moved further then the attack sure its fine
But in theory they should bare minimum be relative
