If a character can rapidly dodge a barrage of light beams and counterattack as well so would it be sol or ftl feat? Let's assume those light beams are moving at 299,792,458 m/s and they were launched from a few hundred meters away from him.

Neither it depends on exactly what happened but relativistic speed can dodge light speed attacks. Honestly depending on how things went it might be even lower, "a few hundred meters" is a lot giving a lot of time to dodge.

ah it was like there were around 50 creatures attacking with that beam at him at same time and he dodged them. So those beams were coming from multiple angles.
