Not sure if Phoenix even took 0.9 megajoules straight in the face, as you're not supposed to use the full KE of a car unless you get flattened or get rammed into a wall and both you and the car come to a screeching halt.

Shaggy zoinks the win, he can escape the court easily (he escaped a collapsing cave and a haunted mansion once) so he can escape the court easily, and then he ambushes Phoenix Wright. It doesn't matter if people are watching Shaggy or not, Shaggy can go Ultra Instinct and escape so you dont have to worry about that.
