what's to say that caleb can't move during a cutaway? every character from family guy can do that, im pretty sure its just something anyone can do, and not really an ability.

The Family are the only ones who can set up cutaways though iirc. Plus it'd be NLF to assume everyone can move during cutaways when we've only seen them do it.
