I vote Mustang. His building level durability can survive a few attacks from pesci and he can easily one-shot him with explosions.

Should mention that Beach Boy has far longer range the profile gives it credit, it can extend to cover a superliner, which is about 300 meters in length, not counting all the curves it does when doing that.

And Roy's attacks ca be dodged and have travel speed, they arent instant, it's a chain reaction (Also why they dont work in the rain, rain and liquids cancel the chain reaction). And Roy cant exactly dodge Beach Boy, given he can't sense it or see it for that matter, and beach boy is also capable of deflecting attacks, even abilities in some cases like Bruno's zipper hax.

Beach Boy is one shotting if it ever hits, as its main attack is tearing and destroying the heart.

Both are gonna ohko here, but Pesci has an edge in that his attack is invisible, cant be sensed, and has the ability to bounce attacks back while Roy's while more than capable of ohkoing, are able to be dodged at distance.

And no, his AP is that it bypasses durability, he himself is Wall level, his Stand ignores durability to a huge extent. (And for what it's worth, his Stand was able to tear a hole into Bruno without hax, who is getting put up to 8-C in durability, hasnt been updated yet tho).

>Mustang is arguably more ruthless,

He most certainly aint. At least not after Pesci grows a pair of balls and stops being a coward.

And that still requires a chain reaction, gonna have a huge issue doing that against an opponent super far away who's actively moving. And that's not Roy's leading move either, he's not gonna just lead with something like that out of the blue, Pesci's leading move, in fact basically his only moves, is ripping hearts and organs out. Not withstanding Pesci is bloodlusted, but that's his usual state anyway. And in a match where either opponent hitting is a victory, leading moves matter, and Roy is gonna have issue dealing with a lead that instant kills and he cant sense or see thus he cant dodge or avoid.

Thee's also the fact Pesci has prep, which is super unfair, I'm ignoring that fact because if given prep, he can end the match the second it begins, given he has 3 hours to set up beach boy in a manner not that different from Kakyoin's 20m emerald splash, ergo, he can just insta kill before Roy can even snap. And any attack Roy does would be deflected back given the arena is filled with wires.

With prep probably.

Normal conditions it's probably a 50/50, which id give to Pesci only because of invisible attacks and attack deflection as well as a better lead.
