ok so is mementos just tokyo/ did Yaldy just merge mementos with tokyo?
1. you get requests in only tokyo
2. it rains in tokyo and all of mementos gets affected
3. during yaldy's fight you can see blue sky in the distance which could indicate that part has not been merged
