So basically in P5S, Lavenza states the post game monarchs and the reaper are a threat to the velvet room and suggests they are a threat to all realms. Is this valid? Because I feel like you can interpret this differently.

I think I meant more so like where would this scale? Like where does threatening or having the range to threaten the velvet room scale you? And what does Lavenza mean by realms? Given that VS battle thinks very highly of Persona and this is seen as an upgrade, this would scale you pretty high, right?
