Just scalling fixing, AP will be untouched
I will start with Yu narukami, since its seems to be the root of the problem.
What areally happened is him fighting Yu and barely standing after losing (Timestamp: 5:19:27) and before someone says he hasn't wounded when Kagutsuchi effortless grabbed Sho Minazuki, the game itself stated Sho Minazuki is still wounded (Timestamp: 5:24:48), so he never got stomped by Kagutsuchi. And the Yu we see fighting Kagutsuchi is a Willpower amped Yu (timestamp: 5:28:40 and 5:28:46), and Yu amped by Willpower just fought Sho before. (timestamp: 5:17:28). And Yu after battle didn't demostrate any sign of being tired or wounded enought, diferent from here where Yu managed to defeat Sho, but admiting that Sho surpasses him in power, speed, physical stamina and won because Sho coulnd't use an persona. (Timestamp: 3:52:25) and Yu is tired to the point he cant dodge an attack coming from Sho Minazuki's persona (timestamp: 3:54:01).
Adachi from his perspective, he confirms Sho to be stronger than Yu. (timestamp: 51:34, 51:41 and 51:50).
Which i suggest: At the events of Arena Ultimax: Comparable to Sho ( While Yu had won against Sho, he is still weaker when compared to Sho according to Yu narukami himself and Adachi); With Willpower: Fought and won Sho Minazuki with no problems, capable of fighting and be more stronger than Hi-no-Kagutsuchi who is stated to be massively stronger compared to Willpower amp Sho Minazuki (timestamp: 5:25:49), but needed Adachi's help to finish off Hi-no-Kagutsuchi (timestamp: 1:15:56).
Now let's check Sho Minazuki scalling.
Well, no need to make the same arguments and scans since Yu's scalling is fixed. But there's a thing on Sho Minazuki's feat. He is capable of fighting Willpower amp Yu Narukami, while he did get defeated easily, he didnt get stomped immediately, so he gets a small scalling, and to remind, Sho Minazuki's had willpower amp on that moment (timestamp: 5:19:31), not only that but after the post credits Yu states Sho got ''fire of life, much stronger than before'' (6:32:48), but after seeing Sho's persona, he realizes Sho's true strenght (timestamp: 6:23:56), and according to Yu, the fight was very close, having to use all is might to win. (timestamp: 6:34:33), considering the context of the fight which is about Sho bonding with people (timestamp: 6:35:16) and creating an rivalary where he wants to win Yu at some point. (timestamp: 6:35:52), with Margaret even calling Sho to be a dreadful ''underclassman'' for Yu, and wondering what will develop from this bond (timestamp: 6:33:13).
I suggest: Sho Minazuki fought and is stronger than Yu Narukami, with willpower managed to pull an losing fight against Willpower Yu Narukami. Make a diferent key for Post credit Sho Minazuki: Stronger than before (stated to be using is true unbound strenght); Higher with will power (fought and almost won on against willpower yu narukami).
With those two finished which made me lose 3-4 hours on this thread, i will get into Adachi which is the most simple one to fix.

Yes, his profile only says THAT and he doens't even have keys.
So at the starting of Ultimax Arena events, Adachi goes from being able to beat an casual Minazuki timestamp(20:21 and 20:38), to beating Sho Minazuki at the end (timestamp: 1:05:30 and 1:05:36). And in the end with Willpower amp he fights and could finish off Hi-no Kagutsuchi alone if he wasn't tired (timestamp: 1:21:23)
Proof, that Adachi had willpower amp: 1 (timestamp: 1:13:10 and 1:13:20),
Note: Adachi's powers is required to finish off Kagutsuchi, since his power dont mix well with Kagutsuchi, but he still requires the AP to hurt him. (timestamp: 1:15:56 and 1:18:14) and Yu being that weaker than adachi or Kagutsuchi, actually he is stronger than Kagutsuchi (timestamp: 15:15:41 and 15:16:02), but he isn't able to do finish him off.
So i suggest: At Ultimax Arena Adachi fought and won against casual and serious Sho but got heavily wounded in the process and he is still weaker compared to Sho; Higher with Willpower (Capable of fighting Kagutsuchi alone and almost finishing him off if it wanst tired and heavily wounded) and is stronger than Willpower amped Yu Narukami (considering Adachi's health and stamina conditions when fighting Kagutsuchi and comparing to Yu's health conditions and stamina, he should be stronger than Yu Narukami, but to an unknown level).
