How exactly is perpetua higher up the 1A scale than Oblivion?
Last i checked she is about 3 times higher, Oblivion is at least 4 times higher for transcending every other characters like Molecule man who transcends Eight cosmos whom is already 2 transcendence ( Neutral zone, Far shore )higher than base 1A.
