While I can't comment on whether Oblivion scales above the Beyonder, in this case both are merely illusions. The illusion of the Beyonder was created by the Danger Room version of Mastermind while the illusion of Oblivion was created by Mirage.

It has already been explained numerous times that The Beyonders have to take finite, solid manifestations of their essences to interact with stories and the Multiverse as a whole.

The Beyond realm currently exists beyond both the Multiverse and the Far Shore, which is pretty much Oblivion at the current moment.
