Peppersalt's 7-C monsters and men tournament

In essence, no attack that is aimed directly at him will deal any damage. The only way to make him vulnerable is by knocking away the Hex Relics which surround him.

Tony might be too skilled on account of him being a One Piece character but Solus is fine. Anyone who fights him will have prior knowledge though due to his intangibility
i mean, to be honest i think is fine, Chopper while skilled, is not as skilled as the likes of Luffy or Zoro, the opponents he defeated in the 7-C keys are even not that skilled like either of them

i will make Starter talk if my opinion is not convincent

Pepper?

I mean, I guess if I had to choose one, I would choose Solus.

But Popted is correct about Chopper. Especially in his earlier appearances, his strategy does tend to boil down to "transform into big strong form and hit really hard." Also, practically every form aside from Brain Point and Walk Point has Chopper needing to consume a Rumble Ball in order to access them, which is another point against him. His Weaknesses can go over other things as well, but you get my point.

Also, you have KFP3 Po in your list, under Humans for that matter. So, why does the skill argument start with Chopper?

Because One Piece? That verse is infamous for very powerful and skilled characters when compared to Kung Fu Panda which I've never even seen

Kung Fu Panda is absurdly skilled for the record, and Po is pretty scary given he's contended with foes with thousands of years of experience and martial art masters, who themselves can take on multiple opponents, even those of equal durability
