Seiya wins easily due to being astronomically faster, his God Cloth being able to endure casual hits from 4D beings, being able to not only destroy atoms but regenerate his owns and ressurected due to having the 8th Sense.

He's only that high at FP but yeah kinda Beerus hasnt shown his FP but its doubtful hes infinitely stronger.Seiya's also likely to reach tier 2 anyways.

It's either this match or his match with Hades. Hades is in Tier 2 so that one was an even worse mismatch.

Seiya is an absurdly powerful character. Only Tier 3 chars I can say are stronger are Aiolia in Soul of Gold, when his Cosmos was enriched with that of Asgard, and Leo Regulus of Lost Canvas.
