I say Palutena, even if Kars is somewhat immortal, he would be just blown away in a single shot.

Except Kars' durability is City level/Mountain level and can absorb any organic matter.

Whaaaa didn't notice that. Well, Kars is faster, more durable and hax-ier. The question is would he be able to damage her enough before she can do the same to him. What is Kars' level of offensive Hax anyway?

There is actually a calc for that, but the result is only in the megatons.

Kars can absorb any organic matter and has Reactive Evolution (Anything that harms him can't harm him again, like Doomsday), though his power is mostly oriented around altering himself.

Kars has Palutena outclassed
- Kars has FTL+ attack speed, while Palutena only has Light Speed reactions
- Kars has Mountain Level+ durability versus Palutena's City Level AP
- Kars has high level reactive evolution, which should protect him from anything Palutena could throw at him
- Kars has Mid-High Regenerationn, as he regenerated after he was disintegrated by lava. Palutena should not be able to kill Kars
- Kars can absorb any organic matter, like Palutena herself
- With his FTL+ attack speed, Kars should be able to easily kill Palutena with his Town Level AP
