Pac-Man wins via actually using hacks in character and being leagues more prepared, skilled, and experienced. Pre cog saying no to Gumball landing many of any hits. And several one shot bypass durability like freezing him into a chunk of ice, fear hacks, BFR, Transmutation, Ect.

Pac-Man gets an easy win.
