Ozy is nearly unkillable while within his Temple, in which he can flood the area with poison and easily use his Dendera Bulb to blast Charlotte.

Furthermore since the battle is taking place in the Mirro World she can't even BFR. I didn't even notice that Dendera Bulb wasnt restricted. Yeah this should be closed.
