Damn, she really wrestled with him... completely off-screen... and her sniper rounds are annoyances to his armor... and he ragdolls Reaper physically...
Yeah Widowmaker is just one of those characters I didn't rework cause I have no interest in her character. If I got around to it I'd definitely just be scaling her to Tracer
Side note, Reaper would stomp Vendetta in a versus thread, and so would Moira, which is really funny

In what way does she scale to Tracer? She's unable to tag Tracer when she's using her blink. As far as I know, Tracer isn't super fast outside of her blink.
Widowmaker only physically harmed Tracer by pushing her back into a wall, though this is largely due to the momentum she gained by swinging on her grappling hook

Widow also withstands being tackled by Tracer with absolutely no issues or pain to show for it. Also, Tracer can still keep up with Genji. Like, she's not some slow MFer without her blinks, she can still keep up with the guy who reflects yes. She's just aided majorly by her teleports.

Blink is literally teleportation and even one of the god tiers of the verse cant fully keep up with it and needs to predict where she would be. Outside of her blink, Tracer still has some bullet timing and explosion reacting feats

How strong are Tracer's tackles? She only tagged Genji by teleporting behind him. Genji is able to react to this, it doesn't necessarily mean she scales to him in terms of combat speed
I'm pretty sure the only bullet timing feat she has only scales to reactions/perception and not movement or combat speed.
In the first scan, she's not visibly hurt by it and the second scan is a retelling of what happened at the end of the Alive short, which is the same grappling hook feat I mentioned above

I noticed that basically every character scales to Hypersonic due to Genji's feat, which makes 0 sense because why does everyone scale to a character who is fast enough to casually deflect all their shots?

Well yes. He’s Hypersonic+ in R/C speeds, and since everyone is able to contend alongside or against him then they obviously also scale from him. Plus other characters have grounds for HS+ Travel Speed or more (Mercy, Tracer..)

That would still be extremely easy to dodge. Genji is calced at being around 2x faster than Bastion's bullet, which means characters comparable to him would see every projectile coming at them in what's basically slow mo.
At that speed, the only way to get tagged by a projectile would be getting caught off guard, or being like less than a meter away from the muzzle

I don't think that's enough to prove she came from above the clouds. Even if the rays started travelling from the clouds, Mercy doesn't have to be travelling from the same height (why would she even be up there lol)Here. It’s probably the most lackluster calc I ever did

Mercy in her short story(at least the one I read) did actually tend to fly quite high in the Valkyrie suit... also, she's the only one who makes golden light like that.

High enough to completely avoid detection in an active warzone while Morrison does Morrison things. Never specified, but she does have a history of flying high.

Piercing light rays coming from the clouds when she’s the one that the light emanates from..pretty sure she had to be near the clouds for that to happen. I’ve explained why it’s likely she was in mid-high clouds as there was almost no refraction.

I don't think you can prove that she had to be near the source of the light, its not impossible that she can just summon rays of light from above her. She seems to do that in this scene
