Ainz is essentially what would be a lower level Upper Class Player, so pretty good, but not the best. He's probably the strongest so far in the New World.

According to him he is mid tier but can challenge the upper class with prep.

Full equipped shalltear is higher.

Due to his range upgrade and the fact that Ainz's time-stop treated now as the first thing to do against some strangers with no info or prep time allowed.

He's pretty much considered around the upper top of middle tier, but in reality he's a good bit lower. His big skelly ass is decked in full Divine Gear, so he is stronger than he should really be.

As for Shalltear, eh... I believe it was said she was bottom of the top tier with her build and normal equipment, middle with top equipment, and top of the top if she could customize depending opponent.
