Overlord GAIA vs Chaos (Castlevania)

one has passive 5-D mind hax while the other has passive mind, soul, corruption, possession, and transmutation (the only passive that works)
 
excluding passives Chaos starts by stripping the powers off the opponent while I'm unsure what GAIA starts with but it probably wont affect Chaos due to type 1 AE
