I was about to make a Hoopa vs. The Batter thread when I noticed that the former got downgraded. Why was Hoopa star level in the first place, and why isn't he now?

Out of curiosity, what was the reasoning for star level Hoopa?

Maybe it has to do with the Pokemon profiles used to be based around stat scaling?

But there aren't any star level Pokemon to scale to. There are pretty much none between planet level and multi-universal.

Hoopa was star level for the energy needed to create wormholes, however, it was decided that its ability to create wormholes was not quantifiable as an AP feat, and was instead hax.

And that's how y'all have Hoopa as Tier 6 instead.
