Following the mass-global genocide of billions the morning after July 4th, an insomniac, an ex-doctor, and some rando are forced to cope with being the only survivors as they fight to remain awake. They are then forced to fly to a remote island solely based on the thirst-induced nightmares of the insomniac while getting chased by an ancient, shapeshifting elephant spirit and the resurrected corpses of those they once knew.
