I don't think that applies for telekinesis.
Well, when Olly was getting folded, he seemed to be doing so using his own physical body, and the quote seems to imply that he full on views reality as being a piece of paper in comparison to himself.
Besides, Olly was explicitly becoming empowered by folding himself, and physically fought with Bowser soon after sooo

Alright, but for folding anything other than himself, like the castle and its bridges, he uses telekinesis.

Sure, folding himself empowered him physically, but the feat is in using the origami power in the castle to fold the fabric of reality, and not in the folding.

Super Mario RPG?
Mario & Luigi?
Puzzles & Dragons?
****** Rabbids?

The fact there are greater feats in games that take place later in the timeline is evidence enough
Those are side games (one of which is a non-canon crossover), and I'm iffy about using stuff from one game to justify something it wasn't meant for in another one. Also, what is "the timeline"? Mario series are pretty self-contained. We don't know where most of them stand chronologically.

I never said it wasn't origami power.
To be fair, the 1,000-Fold Arms could probably fall into "the power of origami", since Mario needs Olivia to use it, and he does origamify his arms to do it.
That’s unlikely to be the case since Olivia doesn’t mention the idea that they were already using it.

the games being spin-off titles shouldn't invalidate the addition since Super Mario profiles are composited across all games, excluding crossovers

hotel mario: am i a joke to you (yes)

Jokes aside, using side games' leveling up mechanic (which I think would only be Accelerated Development within a single tier, and, at least in the case of the Mario & Luigi series, resets between games like in Paper Mario) to justify Mario rising several tiers across multiple games in the main series feels like "using stuff from one game to justify something it wasn't meant for in another one".
