OPM: Speed Upgrade

This calc has been accepted.

As a result, Flashy Flash and anyone who scales to him will get FTL+ (28.7291173c). Gale Wind and HellFire Flame in their monster form, along with those who scales to them will get Relativistic+ (0.695014806c) for their speed rating.

Garou(Post-Darkshine) and Platinum Sperm will get "likely higher" as both of them were able to trace out a denser structure than three of them did together after speeding up. Saitama and Garou(Any key above Post-Darkshine) will get "likely far higher" alongside it.

Masked was wondering what happened to the previous speed revisions, but
This seems like it will replace most of them, with the exception of the Io speed feat.

You can prob cut them off at 28.729c and 0.695c, listing the full decimal amount on the profiles is unnecessary

Otherwise looks good
