Round 1: Unless Angewomon manages to use Heaven's Charm to absorb Opal's attacks, I think she loses due to the difference between Large Country level and Country level.

Round 2: Opal can't touch Angewomon, allowing the latter to easily use Heaven's Charm to absorb all of Opal's attacks before finishing her with a Celestial Arrow.
