I’m just not sure because of the durability negation hax and the fact that correct me if I’m wrong, only combat and reaction speed is equalized so warden would still have higher travel and attack speed

According to this, all speeds are equalised:
The combat speed of that faster character is assumed to be equalized to the combat speed of the slower character. Every other speed the faster character has is reduced by the same multiplier. This includes the speed of any attacks, projectiles, reactions, perception, flight etc.

Wait doesn't homelander melt with eye lasers? Best the warden can resist afaik is molten lava, which, while great, isn't quite the same as melting through an airplane in one shot

The thing has sonic attacks, which would really screw Homelander because of his super hearing, and also resists Heat so the heat vision is kinda useless.
Homelander's advantages seem to mostly be that he can fly and it's smarter, but he isn't really a brainer, in fact his fighting style is pretty simplistic, and also at close range he would eventually lose his sense of vision via the darkness. I'll have to give it to the Warden.
