Tatsumaki wanked scales to a quarter of an exaton. Saitama's Serious Punch shockwave alone is over 2.5. So he's about 10x stronger than her using the Boros feat and scaling her to the full end of the Psykos laser which is VERY generous.
He also speed blitzes into next week, resists basically everything she can do and Naruto rip off moves could only keep her out of a KO for so long.
