Well I think the changes have been approved (except the ones that weren't) so I guess these can be applied. I'm going on vacation so I can't apply them so I would apreciate it a lot if someone else does.

I don't think this is correct and he should just straight up be Low 7-B considering this feat in particular, and no, this Tatsumaki shield wasn't any weaker from the inside as explained here. These shields were strong enough to tank an attack from a large Black Sperm body intended to finish off Atomic Samurai.

Just a thought, but doesn't the fact that Iaian took at least four slashes to break out factor into this?
