One piece scaling questions pls help

1. Chinjao is stated to be able to split the ice continent so why isn't this an accepted feat?
2. Foxy's noro photons are allegedly photons and they also reflect off mirrors and move in straight lines, and luffy is shown dodging them so why isn't this a feat too?
3. Kuma's paws apparently propel air at light speed to make his attacks and zoro can dodge them, why isn't this a SOL speed feat or such?
4. Why doesn't anyone scale to FTL kaido when all the yonko scale off each other? Like big mom literally fought and matched kaido in the justifications so why doesn't she scale to FTL?
5. In the recent manga chapters spoilers, the worst generation crew are able to fight and hurt big mom and kaido so why don't they scale to country level?
6. Again manga spoilers, WTF kind of ability is conquerors haki attacks??? And what is the difference between it and advanced armament? Shouldn't this be all the more reason for luffy and others to scale to country level too?

7. Oars is apparently a "continent puller" so why isn't this a lifting strength feat? Is it the same reason as why 1. isn't accepted?

One Piece Rules​

• Don't create threads to upgrade One Piece, based on Chinjao supposedly splitting an ice continent, until the story provides us with more evidence, and avoid using statements only to support it.

Feats like these have generally been agreed to be outliers etc in the past, that's slowly changing though and One Piece is moving towards the FTL range, so who knows, maybe they won't be considered outliers for much longer.

Most of the Wano stuff is being saved for one big CRT at the end of Wano instead of a dozen smaller individual ones whenever a feat happens.

This also applies to characters scaling to Kaido's FTL rating iirc.

Why? Statements are valid too right? It's not hyperbole or anything they specify it was indeed an entire continent so why?

Why? Statements are valid too right? It's not hyperbole or anything they specify it was indeed an entire continent so why?

Statements are valid within reason, but the problem comes down to a few things;

1. The size of the ice continent is completely unknown
2. How long it took for Chinjao to split it
3. Width of the split

You can't really calculate a feat fairly or accurately with so many missing variables

Are they outliers because of kizaru being lightspeed?

Not entirely sure honestly, but yes, that's probably the reason.

Continent has no size.
One Piece islands vary in size. Dressrosa is accepted at 18km wide, Marineford 2km, Punk Hazard 7km, Banaro Island around 11km, wano is dozens if not hundreds to thousands of kms wide.

People have weird notions on what qualifies as an outlier.

We're lazy, haven't implemented it yet for some reason, not including the fact that I have an issue with that scaling
